(but everything works the same way, in small and large, like for example...you falling asleep...withdraw to the rest point and waking up the next day...and you reveals again. To make it even smaller: when you inhale and exhale...inhale, withdraw (if you inhale you can't talk either only when you exhale), exhale, when it reveals itself again, and between inhalation and exhalation is the rest point...everything works at the same way...the universe is also called the Breath )
