Using balloons with black gloss paint, mixed with tar and sand. It's cheap and super effective. Once a paint with tar lands on their visors they can't clean it off, They have to take them off and be exposed to the tear gas and everything else. When it sprays their guns the paint and sand and tar render their guns obsolte - they can't can't see, they can't reload and they're basically fucked. When you hit a windshield with a balloon they can't clean it off and will have to stop or drive into a tree or a building. You can catch them when they run out of their vehicles and give them some more appropriate treatment....also sand and old motor oil to the black gloss paint will work.
