Review your studio

Go to my videos

In this screen you can see all the data of your videos and perform a large number of actions

The videos can be sorted by several parameters

Using a search engine and a number of additional parameters

In this area you can learn about additional parameters about your videos

In this area you can perform sweeping actions on several videos
By selecting one or more of your videos and selecting an action

Here too (as from the main screen) actions can be performed
Such as uploading videos, encoding videos, and adding an article

You can track your storage volume
And check your channel statistics

Download your videos, enter the video editing area
Setting ,video status, uploading translation files, and more, are done from this area

Videos editing

You can enter the details editor of the video
In several options

Go to the main menu on the right
And click my videos

Click Edit

on meta data
You can edit the video title
Add tags (comma separated)
Add a video description
Please note that the description interface (text editor) of the video is an advanced interface
Beyond simple text, you can add images, links, etc.

Scroll down

Define the category of your video
From a fixed list
(You can always contact us if you want us to add a category)

Decide whether to share the video or download it
Add code to the video in case you do not want everyone to watch it
And you can determine what the next video will be after the current video

Scroll down

You can add an embedded trailer code to the video
And you can even set a time for the video to start

And click Save Changes

Scroll up back to the top
Go to images
Upload photos to your video in one of five options

And click Save Changes

You can search for it in the search menu

Your video will appear on the home screen immediately after uploading and will be visible if you have selected this setting
After uploading 12 videos by users the videos move to the second page and so on

Exposing the videos

After uploading the video
It is automatically set to public visibility mode
You can change this
Enter your studio

Green color: active mode
The video is visible to everyone

Gray color: unlisted mode
The video will be visible only to you and not to viewers (will not appear on your channel) and will not be searchable (except for you)
You can share the link to the video, then it can be watched

Red color: Inactive mode
The video will be visible only to you and not to viewers (will not appear on your channel) and will not be searchable (except you)
If viewers have previous access to the link they will not be able to view it
Inactive mode can be used for a situation where you have already shared the link, and you do not want it to be active, but at the same time you do not want to delete it

The same operation can be performed in bulk
About a number of videos
Mark the videos in the small square
And select the action

From here you can control the amount of videos that will be shown to you

Subtitles

You can upload subtitles
Or create subtitles in the subtitle creation interface
Notice the subtitle creation system is still basic
Its ideal use would be mainly for short videos

:upload subtitles

Go to my videos

Select Upload Subtitles

Browse Or drag and drop subtitle file from your computer
for example an srt file

Select the language of translation
In the language bar, write the language of translation you are interested in

And click Save Changes

:Create subtitles
Click Create Subtitles

Set the beginning and end of the translation line
Edit the text line and click Add
Select the subtitle language
And click Save

View subtitles

In a video with subtitles
The icon appears in the player
Click on it and select the subtitles that suit you

Click Edit Subtitles

And edit the subtitles according to your viewing comfort

When you upload a video, the system randomly extracts an image file
You can edit this image

Go to my video

Select custom thumbnail

Upload a photo And adjust it using the tuner to the desired size
and save

From this screen you can enter the video title and description editor
And to the advanced editing interface

Title and descreption

After uploading a video if you did not set a name for it during the upload
A name will be accepted for the video-Video automatically booked
In order to change that
Go to my video

Click Title and Description

Edit the title and description of the video
Note The text editor interface is advanced, and you can perform operations beyond a standard interface for writing a video description
Read a post on the subject

You can also set a category from this interface

And go to the photo editor’s interface
And to the advanced editing interface

When finished, tap Save
Notice the scroll of the page
(If the save button is scrolled down and does not appear in the frame of the interface)

Change theme

You can change the theme of the site
Set by default
Choose from 19 options the one that suits you best

Note that each theme affects a wide range of changes
